He started his career at Discovery before founding two insurance brokerages – a Financial Planning and a Commercial Short-Term brokerage, both of which he occupies leadership roles within today.
He’s a Certified Financial Planner, having obtained his CFP® designation through the University of Free State. When he’s not focusing on his clients, Conrad spends his free time planning adventures with his new wife, enjoying a round of golf, and watching the ocean in anticipation of his next surf.
As a seasoned insurance professional with decades spent in the corporate insurance industry, Mark is the proud founder of a financial services business that he grew to be the leading specialist corporate insurance broking firm in South Africa.
Mark has also served as a partner of a top three global broking group and occupied numerous board positions, both within and beyond the financial services sector. His completion of an Executive Development Programme at Stanford University is equally impressive.
He’s a proud father of four adult children who are scattered around the globe, which complements his love of travel. He’s also a single-figure golfer and a passionate Tottenham Hotspurs supporter.
Thulasizwe is the founder and CEO of the Gindiva Group, which has interests in mining, consultancy, and project management, servicing clients throughout Africa and all over the world.
With over 20 years of experience navigating through some of the toughest and most volatile global markets, Thulasizwe is the perfect person to head up the Peritus Risk Solutions Africa division.
He demonstrated an entrepreneurial spirit from a very early age, having founded numerous successful businesses. Although his passion is certainly business, his favourite thing to do is make memories with his beloved family. When the football is on, you’ll find him cheering for Real Madrid, his favourite team.
